QC are inspection photos the agent takes once your item reaches the warehouse you judge the quality on them before international shipping. On Kakobuy you will find them in the Warehouse tab next to each order, and historical QC from other buyers is in our free QC Finder.
You have the right to a return or exchange with the seller before the parcel leaves China use the Return / Exchange option in the agent's panel (Warehouse/Orders). A domestic return in China costs pennies compared to an international one, so always inspect the QC photos carefully.
