How to track a Kakobuy parcel
- Copy the tracking numberOn Kakobuy click your avatar and open My parcel. The carrier number is in the Express no column (e.g. CJ123456789DE, or 14 digits on the DPD line).
- Paste it aboveWe detect the carrier ourselves. You will see the China leg from the Kakobuy line, and once the parcel reaches Europe, DHL or DPD too.
- Save the parcelThe star adds it to My parcels. Next time you will see the new status and delivery date without typing the number.
A number starting with RE (e.g. RE26092717104) is the internal Kakobuy parcel number. The carrier does not know it, you need the number from the Express no column.
How long does Kakobuy shipping take?
Usually about 2 weeks. We measured it on 15 of our own parcels shipped from Kakobuy to Poland between June and September 2026: from submitting the parcel for shipping to delivery it took 10.5 to 20 days, and half of the parcels arrived within 14 days.

Kakobuy parcel statuses and how long you will still wait
Each status is a stage of the trip from China to Poland. Next to it you see how many days usually remain until delivery from the moment the parcel enters that stage.
- Dispatched10-15 days
The agent handed the parcel to the shipping company and the carrier received its data.
- At the warehouse in China10-14 days
The parcel is at the shipping line warehouse (usually Shenzhen) going through export clearance.
- Waiting for a flight9-13 days
The parcel is on its way to the airport or waiting for space on a plane. In peak season this can take a while.
- On the plane7-11 days
The parcel is flying to Europe, most often to Amsterdam.
- Landed in Europe5-9 days
The cargo is being unloaded from air pallets and waits for customs.
- Customs clearance4-7 days
EU customs clearance. On Duty-Free and Tariffless lines the duty is already included in shipping.
- With the carrier in Europe4-5 days
The carrier (most often DHL in Germany) took over the parcel and is bringing it to Poland.
- In Poland1-3 days
The parcel is at a Polish sorting center and usually goes out for delivery the next day.

Where to find the tracking number at your agent
Other agents
CNFans, Mulebuy, Litbuy, USFans and the rest: the parcel list (Parcels or My Parcel) and the Tracking number field. The number shows up after the parcel is dispatched.
DPD line
The number has 14 digits. For a Kakobuy parcel we set DPD Poland automatically, for other agents pick DPD Polska from the list.

Why does DHL not show my parcel?
Because the parcel is still in China or on the plane. The DHL number exists from the start, but DHL only sees the parcel after customs in Europe. Until then we show statuses from the Kakobuy line: warehouse, flight and customs.
How do you estimate the delivery date?
From 15 delivered Kakobuy parcels. For each stage we know how many days usually remain until delivery, and we add that to the moment your parcel entered the stage. If the parcel is late, the estimate moves to the next few days.
What does waiting for a flight mean?
The line collects parcels and ships them on cargo flights. When there is no space, the parcel waits for the next flight. The carrier data then shows the planned flight date.
Do I pay customs duty on a Kakobuy parcel?
On lines marked Duty-Free or Tariffless, duty and VAT are included in the shipping price, so you pay nothing on delivery. Details are in the guide Shipping to Poland and customs.
Does tracking work for other agents?
Yes. Carrier statuses (DHL, DPD, InPost, Poczta Polska, YunExpress, 4PX and more than 3000 others) come from 17TRACK. The detailed China leg with flight data is available for Kakobuy parcels.
Do you store my data?
The My parcels list is saved only in your browser. On the server we keep just the number and the latest status, so we do not ask the carrier on every visit. We do not collect your name, address or phone number.
