How to order reps on Kakobuy: batches, sizing and timing

The most common questions about ordering itself: from placing your first order, through choosing a batch and size, to what to do when a seller suddenly stops shipping.

1) Create a Kakobuy account (best with reflink coupons). 2) Find an item in our spreadsheet or paste a Taobao/Weidian/1688 link into the Kakobuy search. 3) Pick size and colour using the seller's chart, pay for the order. 4) The agent buys the item and receives it in the warehouse you will see QC photos. 5) Collect all items, submit packing, choose a shipping line and pay for delivery.
The seller usually ships to the agent's warehouse in 2-5 days, QC photos appear 1-2 days after arrival. International shipping to Poland/EU is most often 10-20 business days depending on the line. Total: on average 3-5 weeks from order to pickup.
A batch is a version of a rep made by a specific factory (e.g. LJR or GX for Jordan 4). Batches differ in material quality, shape and price. Easiest way: use the KakoFind spreadsheet we list recommended batches next to items and compare QC photos of different batches before buying.
Always check the size chart of the specific seller on the product page Chinese sizes often differ from EU ones. For shoes go by insole length in cm, for clothes by chest and length measurements in cm. When in doubt, ask the community on our Discord.
If the seller fails to fulfil the order, the agent refunds the money to your wallet (balance). You can also cancel an order before the seller ships it. The same batch is often sold by several shops look for the item from another seller via our ItemFinder.
