If you are just starting out, decoding the abbreviations takes the most time. This page collects the basic terms and explains how buying through an agent actually works.
Yes Kakobuy is one of the biggest shopping agents from China. It offers buyer protection, QC photos before shipping, parcel insurance and payments through secure gateways (card, PayPal). As with any agent: read the declaration rules and pick proven shipping lines.
In 2026 the best balance of shipping prices, coupons and support is offered by Kakobuy that is why it is our default agent. Solid alternatives are Litbuy, USFans and ACbuy. In the Agent Comparison you can check live shipping estimates of an identical parcel across agents and pick the cheapest.
By creating an agent account through our link you get a welcome coupon pack (shipping discounts) and at the same time you support KakoFind that is how the spreadsheet, QC Finder and coupon list stay 100% free.
We collect and test all active codes on the Coupons page. In October 2026 the working ones include KAKOHALLOWEEN (¥1300 in shipping coupons + an extra -10%, until Oct 31, 2026), KAKOGIFT15 (-15% off international shipping, since Oct 22, 2026), KAKOMOON (-20% shipping + ¥550 in coupons), KAKOEU (-15% shipping + ¥350 in coupons), SAFE2026 (-20% shipping, no minimum, until Oct 31, 2026), Ponur (-20% shipping, no minimum) and Luxury (-$15). Activate codes on Kakobuy in User Center → Coupons → Redeem.
It means the agent's system detected a potentially "risky" trademark standard for items. The order usually goes through normally, but the agent warns it is not liable for a possible seizure and may require a safer shipping line. Never write brand names in order remarks.
The most common questions about ordering itself: from placing your first order, through choosing a batch and size, to what to do when a seller suddenly stops shipping.
This is where it is easiest to lose money. Everything about shipping costs, choosing a shipping line, declaring the parcel value and customs clearance is collected here.
The stage between paying and shipping decides whether you get what you wanted. Here are the answers about QC photos, rejecting items, storage time and payments.
Taobao is the biggest Chinese marketplace (like eBay). Weidian is a platform of smaller shops that is where most items sellers operate. 1688 is a wholesale B2B platform with the lowest prices but a higher entry barrier. The agent handles links from all three platforms.
Fastest: our spreadsheet and ItemFinder. Beyond that: image search on Taobao, sellers' Yupoo catalogues, finds subreddits and Discord. Paste a found link straight into the agent or convert it with our Link Converter into a Kakobuy link.
Look at the sales count and ratings on Weidian/Taobao, fresh QC photos in the QC Finder and community opinions. Avoid prices suspiciously below market and "1:1 best quality" listings with no QC photos at all. We collect verified sellers on the Sellers page.
You paste any link Taobao, Weidian, 1688, even an old Pandabuy link or another agent's and the Kakobuy Link Converter turns it into a working Kakobuy, Litbuy, USFans or ACbuy link. Perfect when you find an item in an old spreadsheet or on a foreign Discord.
You paste a product link and the QC Finder shows real quality check photos from the warehouse taken on earlier orders free and with no sign-up. That way you judge the batch quality before spending money.
The data in the Agent Wars tool is fetched live via the agents' APIs shipping estimates for the same parcel, currency rates and delivery times. The ranking updates automatically, with no manual favouring of any agent.
You add items or their weights and the tool estimates the total parcel weight and shipping cost on different lines. It helps you decide whether to add something to the parcel before you pay for shipping adding a t-shirt often "costs" just a few zloty.
Our elite items community on the Kakobuy Discord is active 24/7. Open a ticket with the admins or just ask the veterans in the main chat!
