  • Select all the items you want to pack into one parcel and ship to your country. Make sure their status is "In warehouse".

  • Before you go further, choose the packing services. If you want the cheapest shipping:remove the original shoe boxes (Net weight) and throw away unnecessary tags!

Which shipping line should you pick?

  • This is the most important step: ALWAYS choose lines marked "Tariffless Line" or "Tax-Free" (most often DHL or DPD).
  • These lines bypass your local customs office; parcels are cleared in bulk in Germany or the Netherlands. That's a safety guarantee for your items.

How do you declare the parcel value?

  • For Tariffless lines (DHL/DPD) the rule is simple: declare the parcel at a random amount in the range from $16.00 to $22.00 (e.g. $18.43, $21.12).
  • It doesn't matter whether the parcel weighs 2kg or 8kg, enter an amount from that range with decimals. Don't enter a round $20.00. (The system usually suggests the range for a given line.)

  • Once you confirm the trial packing order, you pay only for the real, much lower weight after packing.

  • Take the Vacuum Packaging service.
  • You'll shrink the parcel volume by up to 50%, which drastically lowers the shipping cost on the DHL/DPD line.

Expensive Premium Shoes

Want the upper of your dream Jordans or Designer Shoes to arrive undamaged?

  • Remove the original box (to save on volumetric weight).
  • Add Shoe Trees (paper/plastic shapers) so the shoe doesn't get crushed during the long transport!

Electronics and Weather Conditions

Ordering electronics or headphones in the middle of winter / the rainy season?

  • Separate your electronics! Batteries require special air lines (agents often force you to ship batteries as a separate parcel).
  • Add Stretch Film or a waterproof bag against moisture to protect the contents from getting wet!

Fragile Items

Couriers often throw parcels around, and you've got something expensive and glass or fragile inside?

  • Definitely add Corner Protection for the parcel.
  • Tick the Bubble Wrap option on the outside of the carton.

How do you track a parcel from China?

Technical breakdown of tracking messages. See what the English statuses mean and how long you actually wait at each stage.

ATTENTION: The provided timeframes are averaged values (estimates). Delivery time may be shortened or significantly extended due to weather conditions, holidays in China (e.g., New Year), or logistical bottlenecks!

PHASE 1

Electronic Initiation and Labeling

  • Shipment info received (DHL Gateway) or Electronic notification received: Message generated when the agent (e.g., Kakobuy) creates a shipping label in the courier's system. The package is still physically in the agent's warehouse.
  • Estimated duration: 1 to 5 business days.
PHASE 2

Warehouse and Domestic Sorting Center (China)

  • Arrived at facility / Processed at sorting center (China): The package has physically arrived at the carrier's central cargo sorting facility in China.
  • Left facility for transport / Dispatched from sorting center: The package has left the domestic sorting center.
  • Estimated duration: 1 to 3 business days.
PHASE 3

Departure from Origin Country (Flight)

  • Flight has departed / Dispatched from origin country: One of the best statuses! The plane has taken off for Europe.
  • Remember: From this point, tracking may go silent for 2-3 days.
  • Estimated duration (Flight): approx. 48-72 hours.
PHASE 4

Landing and EU Customs Clearance (Tax-Free)

  • Flight arrived / Arrived at hub: Landing at the destination port in the European Union.
  • Customs clearance in progress / Item cleared customs: The status Clearance completed means the package has legally entered the EU.
  • Estimated duration: 1 to 4 days.
PHASE 5

Land Transit to Germany and Sorting

  • Arrived at sorting center (EU/Germany): The package has been transported to Germany.
  • Left facility for delivery / Dispatched to destination country: The package is traveling towards the destination country.
  • Estimated duration: approx. 2 to 5 business days.
PHASE 6

Last Mile and Delivery Success

  • Arrived at local facility: The package has reached the local courier.
  • Out for delivery / Loaded onto the delivery vehicle: The courier has scanned the package and is on the way to you.

  • In the pop-up window, select the reason for return from the list (e.g., "I don't want to buy").
  • Usually, the standard cost of returning a parcel is a deduction of a small fee (around 5 CNY) from the refund amount.
  • Check the consent to bear the costs and click the red "Submit" button.

Where do you check your list of returns?

  • From now on, your request is no longer in "My orders".
  • Go to the dedicated "Return product" tab on the left to track the progress.

  • When you see the "Seller agreed" status, it means the agent is sending the parcel back. It usually takes 1 to a few business days.

  • In the "My Orders" tab, items from the same Chinese seller are grouped into so-called tiles (one rectangular row).
  • Even if you bought 10 t-shirts from one seller and they appear in a single tile, the system treats it as one combined order.
  • Rule: For each single tile you can submit a maximum of 1 or 2 TikToks/Posts. You can't record 10 videos to get a reward for each t-shirt separately! (The best results get the highest refund.)
