What is the Kakobuy Sellers List?

On Kakobuy you don't buy “from Kakobuy”, you buy from a specific seller on Taobao, Weidian or 1688, with Kakobuy only acting as the middleman. That is why the seller decides the quality: the same shoe model from two different stores can differ in material, finish and durability. The sellers list is a list of stores we have verified and that consistently deliver predictable quality.

Every seller on the list got here after verification: we went through QC photos from real orders, checked batch consistency and community feedback. Stores that start shipping weaker batches come off the list.

How to pick a good seller

• Check QC before buying. Paste the store link into QC Finder and look at photos from earlier orders. Several consistent QC sets are the best proof a store holds its standard.
• Look at consistency, not a single photo. A good seller has similar quality across many batches. One nice-looking unit proves nothing.
• Be wary of suspiciously low prices. If a store is clearly cheaper than the rest for the same model, it usually means a worse batch.
• Pay attention to the listing's description and photos. Stores that invest in their own product shots usually also care about what they ship.
• Buy several items from one seller at once. Fewer internal shipments to the agent's warehouse means less risk of delays and mix-ups.

Seller vs agent: who is responsible for what

The seller is responsible for the item itself: material, workmanship, size and whether the box contains what you ordered. The agent (e.g. Kakobuy) handles logistics: collecting the parcel from the seller, taking QC photos, storing the goods and shipping them to you. If QC reveals a defect, the agent files the complaint with the seller on your behalf, we cover it step by step in our tutorials.
